You retain ownership of your Content but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use and display it within the Service.

The SGNL Chopping Mall operates as a facilitator between Buyers and Sellers.

ARTery Media Group B.V. is not a party to contracts formed between Buyers and Sellers.

7.2 - Buyer Information

Buyers may be required to provide payment and shipping details.

7.3 - Availability and Errors

Goods may be inaccurately described or unavailable. We reserve the right to correct errors.

7.4 - Prices Policy

Prices may be revised prior to Order acceptance.

7.5 - Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers subject to their own terms.

7.6 - Service Fees

We may charge service fees. These are disclosed during checkout.

7.7 - Order Modification

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for agreed modifications.

7.8 - Order Cancellation

We may cancel Orders due to errors, fraud, or availability issues.

Refund handling follows marketplace rules and applicable law.

7.9 - Order Disputes

Disputes may be submitted to the Company for review and resolution at our discretion.

8 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 8.1 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed:

10 - Intellectual Property of the Service

All Service content (excluding user Content) is owned by ARTery Media Group B.V.

The SGNL Chopping Mall branding may not be used without written consent.

11 - Feedback

Any Feedback submitted grants the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

12 - Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
